I have a sprinkler head that leaks and seeps when the zone is activated. The head is at a low point at the end of the line for this particular zone. Is there anything I can do to keep the head form seeping when the zone is activated? I know that the head will seep when the zone is off to drain the line, but I would like it to not leak when the zone is activated. I'm currently using Nelson 6000 rotor heads.

I think you are describing a seal leak around the head...if so, you have to replace the head. Make sure when you replace it, that the head is not set too low.
Seals just wear out...but when a head is set too low, they will wear out much faster. When a head that is too low retracts and drains, it will suck dirt into the seal (instead of just water) which results in early seal failure.
Nelson rotors and control valves are very good products.

This is a brand new head. I tried replacing it with a Hunter PGP and it did the same thing. I do not think the head has pulled in dirt, I think the head is 4 or 5 feet below grade of the others which I think is putting too much pressure on the seals. Is this possible? I have this head on the lower end of a slope. Is there a better solution for this ?

The dirt-sucking I described above is not relevant to a brand new head.
