Snapper Problems

Does anyone out their have Snapper Pro Cruiser?
I have a 61 inch deck and it leaves a bad finish!
Every time you turn on even the slightest slop it scallops the grass.
I have called Snapper but don’t seem to be getting any help.
Do all 61 inch decks scallop?

Raise the deck. Is it a floating deck? Does it have rollers front, rear, and along the left side of the deck?

There are some lawns that have too many compound angles and a smaller 52" inch deck or even 44" is a better choice.

I only bring out my 62" when the area if over 40K square feet.
