No water on the property? adjacent area? town?
How remote of an area are you talking?

Ron Howard: Is that... vodka... and wheat grass?
Homer: It's called a "lawnmower". I invented it. Want one?

Talk to the city, obtain a meter and draw water from a fire hydrant close to the site to fill your tank. Return the meter and the city will charge you for the water used. This is the easiest way.......

If you were smart you'd look into these options as well:

Sell them on an irrigation system and charge accordingly

There's no such thing as free water unless you get someone to let you fill from their faucet.

Find a source that sells rainbarrels, like a hardware or farm supply store. A rainbarrel often times has a spigot on the bottom where you can attach a hose. There is enough elevation difference between the bed of your truck and the ground for flow. These usually retail for $35-$50.
