i'm finishing up one of my yards and a guy pulls up and ask me can i look at his yard down the street and tells me how much he likes my yard. 
i finish up and stop at his house. he said he used NATURAL LAWNS for 7 years but wasn't happy so this year he did it himself. he tells me he did have a guy aerate, seed, and fertilize about 3 weeks ago but he didn't understand why his yard didn't look like mine up the street which i did the fist week of september. i'm guessing this is a 13k lawn for the record. i'll measure it at a later date. so i start asking a few questions............how much seed was put down? 100lbs.....what kind of blend was it? 4 way fescue.............what kind of fert was put down? scott's winterguard plus 2 weed control............
