Help with painting estimate?????

I know this is a lawn forum but was having trouble locating a painting forum online. I also have seen that like us some of you guys might also paint on the side. My question is we got a call from an apartment complex that has 3 locations and seen that we do full lawn maintaince Pressure Cleaing and Painting of witch we do more exterior small homes. They want to have there apartments fully (All walls no roofs) painted after tenants move out with a flat white cheap paint and all trim and roofs are white . The apartments are 3-4 bedroom from 897sft to 1067sft. I am not sure how to charge for this along with me getting the paint. We will also be pressure washing the units and providing the lawn care as well if we win the bid. They like the idea that we provide all the services in one and no one elese in the area does.


Please help with this quote or point the way were I can get an answer.
