  • trailer for landscaping(mowering equipment)

I have moved to Central Ill. from the Chicagoland area and wanted to start up a lawn care business to supplement my income. I have the truck, F250 and am considering using my tractor to get started with a push mower, I have those plus the edger and trimmer. Family's landscaping business of 18 years used 6 by 12 trailers, I know that is something to move upto in the future. Any ideas of what type of trailer?

is it a real deal tractor or one of those little tractors that you get at HD, Lowes or walmart? If it's the real deal, why not get a bush hog, box blade and so forth and target that area?

I have been looking at mowers, Kinda pricey but I also knwo you get what you pay for. I saw a Zero Turn from Toro, priced from 2800-5000 low end is a 17hp. any ideas if that is good since it is priced simular to a walk behind.

run from that toro as fast as you can, its worthless. I would go with a new commerical walkbehind, i stress commerical. You will be fixing that toro more than you will be mowing with it.
