How do you guys put together a bid for any property when you are bidding on lawn care, snow removal, and any other property maintenence ie: trash pick up along busy rd, trim shrubs, mulch, etc.
I guess my question is how do you write them up and what is the "wording" of your contracts? For instance, I'm bidding on a good sized apartment complex and want to include all those services above in the bid. What is the most professional way to prepare something like that? As well as, what is the wording of your contract say? Is it one single contract or 3-4 different contracts for each service?
