Surface cleaning

I have a cold pressure washer 3500 psi 4gpm
I have found some surface cleaning work but do not think it would be feasible to run around with my wand trying to do it
So I know I should get a surface cleaner, but will a cold pressure washer really be able to handle surface cleaning like a drive-thru driveway
Or should I just think about buying a hotbox and just go at it with my wand

No, cold water alone will not be able to handle a restaurant drive through, or most commercial concrete cleaning for that matter. However, if you use good chemicals, you can make it work. Hot water is still, for the most part, a necessity for commercial concrete cleaning.
Now if you wanted to focus on residential driveway, sidewalk, or pool deck pressure washing, than a cold machine, surface cleaner, and a bleach mixture will likely be all you need.
