Seriously if we're going to exchange links then your site needs a page for this, further this link page needs to be accessible to the general public from the main page and preferrably via a navigation menu found throughout the site.
Otherwise, why bother?

You could find a couple of good high da pa sites with a simple query from Google which allows do-follow backlinks if you don't know how to use the query I recommend you to see some basic tutorial on youtube.
