I run syn 10w-30 in my exmark and snowblower. Dropped operating temps over five degrees from 30 petroleum, in the Metro. It quietened the valves noticeably.

I put synthetic in everything. A husqvarna all wheel drive 22" is on a 50/50 mix for break- in. I took the initial fill provided and blended with an equal amount Amsoil, which handled my first fill and first change out. It has a 190cc Honda. If you install synthetic just keep a closer eye on your consumption.

If interested, and you have an IR Thermometer, take readings in a few spots around the block/head, then compare to the same position's readings taken after putting syn in.
