honda commercial mower choke issues

ive got a newer honda commercial mower that is running but it acts like the choke is stuck on. it starts and runs everytime but there is no difference between the full choke position and the full throttle position. the mower doesnt seem to have the power required to cut properly either. i think the choke needs to be adjusted or cleaned? the mower is under waranty so i could take it to the dealer but they are six weeks out on looking at mowers now. i cant afford to be without the mower for more than a couple of days. ive looked around and cant find any info on adjustment or cleaning this choke. can anyone tell me a possible solution or post a link to a video on the repair?
