Leaking exmark tranny?

I just bought a metro 36 gear driven wb about 2 months ago and the shaft on the left side was leaking oil. I took it up to the dealer the day I got it, and they said that it might have been just overfilled from the factory. Well 2 months later it's still leaking. Is there a seal around the shaft on these transmissons??

I believe it is fairly normal for those new trannies. Nothing to worry about. There are grease fittings right there as well, some of what you see is coming from them as well.
