I just purchesed trimmer rack (Love it!) and BP Blower rack (Like it, "ok") from the Ballard company in Phil's post above. They were excellent to deal with, had good prices, quick shipping, and the product quality is great.

            Thanks, Phil.

If you can weld or have a friend that can make one yourself. The type from Lowe's is nothing more than spring hangers for a trailer and hitch pins welded to 1 1/2" square tube.

JM, For what it's worth you should stay away from home made trimmer racks and cheep copy cats your equipment is to expensive to look for bargain brad accessories go to www.trimmertrap.com they are in my opinion the best by far! I won't use anything else

                  MortNuke,

What was wrong with the blower rack from Ballard? I was going to buy the rack this morning until I saw your comment. I was going to buy the rack for a RedMax blower, do you have a RedMax or a different make? Was there a problem with it loading and unloading? Your thoughts a much appreciated.

                    Comparing

Thanks for the responses so far.

Phil mentioned the product from Ballard Company. My concern is this: Do those pins that hold the trimmer in place ever come out while transporting (absence of a lock of course)? From the pictures on their web site, it seems that they could pop up-and-out going over a bump in the road. How does Ballard deal with this?

Then their is Trimmer-Trap. TT-1 TT-2 are two different concepts. I'm assuming when TD and others recommend Trimmer-Trap they are talking about the TT-2 (and TT-2 Pro). Any feedback? Does any one have experience with both Ballard and Trimmer-Trap to be able to compare the two?

                    JM
