Looking to sell - Need Tips

Hey guys, it's been a loooooooooooooong since I've visited these forums. Anyway, I'm planning to get out of the lawn business in about a month, and I need some advice. I would like to sell everything together as a package. Truck, trailer, all equipment, and accounts. Here are my questions:

1) What's the best way to find a potential buyer?

2) Is there a standard method of figuring the value of your accounts for sale?

3) A few of my accounts have come from friends of the family. Is it right to sell those with the package? Or is it best just to not include those?

1. Advertise in a business section of paper, internet, or possilby even Craigslist.
2. There is a formula, I think it is 1.5 times net sales. I don't think you add on for equipment. The equipment figures into that number
3. If you friends and family are paying customers and you believe they intend to continue services, why not?
