Initially I thought like Stephan....that companies will just cut employees to fall below the 50 number. But later I realized they still couldn't afford to cut employees to eliminate the requirement to provide insurance (if they'd like to remain competitive and to keep their valued employees). Pretty messed up either way. I hope this BS is found to be unconstitutional real fast.
Ain't nothing like Obomba showing where his true colors lie. Obomba used to say that you cannot govern if reform is eked out by a slim majority. Now he is more than fine with that. Both he and Rahm are saying that "the end matters, not the process." Wow! If the process doesn't matter then isn't this a dictatorship?
