Ok...I'm needing to know what size of trailer i will need for a 36" and 52" Toro Walk behind mowers...can i get by with a 6x12 enclosed??? this sells for $2850 whereas the next step up sells for $3950 (a 6x14) it is more due to an extra axle and breaks.....so is there anyway you can tell if u are getting the right size of trailer without actually testing it?? I no my width is ok, but i'm worried about the length...i will also have 2 trimmers, hedge clippers, shred n vac, bak pak blower, an edger, and a sprayer, do you think all this will fit???

    thanks , aaron

If you organize it well it should all fit. I have a 6x12 with an Exmark ZTR 44", Exmark Turf Tracer 36" as well as 2-21" mowers. The trimmers are secured to the walls as well as the blowers ,hedge trimmers.

Get the brakes! Do a forum search for knowltondata and trailer brakes. I have a 2004 6x12 enclosed and the brakes saved my butt! and even if you just get the 6x12, I'd get the dual axles.

And as far as is it big enough, I took my driveway, marked off the interior dimensions, and put my equipment in it to see for myself. Make sure to get the ACTUAL interior dimensions, cause a 6x12 ain't a 6x12 inside.

if your budget allows for it, go for a 7 x 16. that will take care of you for sure and any more equipment you might add. mine was $4200. cargo express. i got a 7 x 16 open also.

I have an open 6x12 and 2 walk behinds fit on it fine and you will probably have racks to keep the other equipment on the wall and not the floor
