Can someone please tell me why so many of you use large walk behind mowers, like the Exmark Turf Tracer that has 52 or 60 inch decks? I just used the exmark because it seems most of you either have one or know about it. I had to go to the website to see what it even looked like. My big question is if you are using such a big deck, you obviously have a large area to mow, so why not get an actual rider, front mount or mid mount. What is the benefit if you are getting that large of a deck? I have been considering a small walk behind, 36" or so to get through gates to large back yards and to do hills with, but not for a main mower. Just curios.
Are they a lot cheaper? A little bit cheaper? Not cheaper? More expensive? Is the main benefit the price? Just wondering. Thanks Dave |
