another lco that i know has some very good accounts, or had. i have 2 of them now and more to follow i'm sure. he suggested extra work to the customers and they said ok not asking the cost and he didn't offer.
one was to remove some small limbs around the house. no ladder, power pruner 2 hours of work by himself. home owner was home and he didn't know it.
he submitted a bill for 7 man hours (2 man crew) for $625.00
2nd was pressure wash the driveway. 80' long 22' wide submitted a bill to the homeowner for $550.00.
both customers are pissed, going to fight the bill and accepted my bid for service starting in Jan.
don't over bill, don't pad your hours and don't screw your valued customers.
