Hello Everyone! I am going to try to bid on some commercial accounts for the year. What sort of contract or agreement do they sign? Is it the simple lawnservice agreement I found on this website? Use the simple proposal form found at this site ... outline the work, show frequencies of work ... extend the prices ... explain payment options ... then attach a detailed work specification sheet that further explains the work if you need to.
