Depends on what you want in the future. It also depends on how you want to run your company and do taxes. I have incorporated into an 'S-Corp' quite a few years ago.
I choose it for it's advantages over an Limited Liability Corporation (LLC). But I think if the majority of companies were going to incorporate, the easiest way to go would be LLC.
Like I said, it will depend on what you personally own, what the company would own, and even the number of employees should be figured in as to whether you should incorporate.a.k.a.---> Erich
