year contracts...how do customers feel.....

how do your costomers feel about getting billed in the winter when not much is going on(especially no mowing)? I wanna setup contracts only....no month by month pay as i go kinda stuff.

maybe have 9 months billed out more than those winter months?

I charged a Flat Fee Monthly. I Billed them year round, All this was explained to them when I Bidded to get the Job...

I had no Problems, Whatever my Schedule was, I went by there say if it was 7, 10 or 14 days, I stayed to that Schedule Yes even in Janurary & Feburary To. Just what ever the Schedule was.

I always Blowed off Everything, I Picked up Sticks Pinecones & What ever else I could find on the Property to make it look good. I Kept the Property Imaculate & was there on Schedule Year Round no matter what.

This Kept the Money comming in & they Knew they were getting their Moneys Worth!

That is what was going through in my mind as well. just keep it looking good even though you aren't mowing. There is always something to cleanup.

Wow I don't do that yet, I think it would be hard in my area, people don't have huge incomes
