tax credit for new truck

well here goes ..I heard on NPR that there is a transportation stimulus tax credit for the transportaion business that states you can write of the price of a new truck (ALL of it) if your in the bus., its over six thousand pounds (Hummer anyone?) and you are self employed. Now it i for the big guys - truckers etc. but that there is indeed a loop hole for us small fryes too. its a loop hole that Congress is aware of yet has not gone after it to allow for more economic stimulus. does anyone know of this? Ive not searched it out yet but..D AAAAaamm a new F250 power stroke would pull so much better...
