ferris or toro

Hello everyone. Thanks to everyone for providing great info and some humor to a novice like myself. I will be starting my business soon and here is my dilema...
In my town there is a toro dealer(great service)and a ferris dealer(unknown service). I like the ferris 1500 more than the toro but am wondering if going with great service is a wiser choice than the mower i want with unknown service. Any thoughts or advice?
