  • Flooding Problem w/ ExMark Metro

    New guy here!

Just purchased ExMark 36" Metro a couple of months ago and now am having flooding problems. I am actually seeing fuel discharge coming from the exhaust pipe, dripping on to the deck . It's still under warranty, I just don't relish the fact of having to leave it at the dealer and getting too far behind . Anyone have any insight??

    running or not

If the fuel is dripping out of the muffler while not in use, ( I had a riding mower do this) it is most likely the float or needle in the carb is stuck open. But also, if it is coming out of the muffler, better check the oil, good chance it is in there also.

Since it's under warrenty, it would be best to let the dealer do the work or you might just void the warranty and it (warranty) might come in handy if the future.

    Just my thoughts.
