Good price on a Ferris?

This looks like a steal to me. The JD 717A cost $6500 and this for a back up sounds too good to be true?

Any thoughts?


Ferris IS 1500Z ZTR Mower - $3500

Only used residentially and always stored inside. Leaf blown off after every use. Deck cleaned every 2-3 mows.

Engine Clock stopped at 59.5 hours. Probably used ~2 hours a week for 2.5 seasons.

Air Intake Shroud Fell off and got mowed over - has been replaced with some PVC pipe and mesh screen.
Gas Gauge is broken but easily repairable.

52 Inch Mowing deck with mulching plug and gator blades.
