Help please! I'm going crazy!

I tell you what! I am so confused when it comes to equipment at this time. I saw a Lesco z2 23hp for $3600 and 290 hours. But it was a mowing company and I read how you should be careful when buying used. They would not budge on price. So I thought new with warranty would be better way to go.. so

Then I started looking and found a husqvarna at the depot
for $2599 23hpvtwin and a few swishers.. one swisher had horrid reviews and the other two had none!

Then.. at Home Depot.. the z beast looks great for the price!

I am seriously leaning towards the z beast.. but I am just getting started, I am confused, and I am here to listen to the guru's advice, please be kind.. lol

I have about 5000 I want to spend on the mower, i want commercial, 50-60in deck, some power. And a bagger.
Ideas please..
