    Hydro Lockout Lever?

Hello quigley & Welcome to the Forum!

There should be a hydro release lever somewhere. Most mowers it's located under the seat or at the lower rear back side. I don't know where it's located on Hustler mowers.

Yep, Welcome, find some literature, parts expoded views or SM's, and find a lever that isn't exactly marked or obvious.

Lacking that, (and you shouldn't have a time finding *something* on the net. You can always crack open the line going right to the wheel motor, and leaking a bit, can move the mower.

      OR-

      Lacking either of those.

You can get a come-a-long, or manual winch, depending on your locale and dialect, and just slowly pull it in by using a 2X4" horizontially across the doorframe as a winchpoint.

Hydraulics simply magnify effort. if you apply a very small, steady push, it will move. If you apply your Budweiser muscle, it will laugh at you.
