sod pricing?

I have been bidding sod jobs at twice the cost of the sod. Do you think that this is reasonable or would you bump it up?

I would figure my margin for the product (whatever that is for you) plus my estimate for labor plus expenses plus profit.
By just doubling your cost of product you can bid yourself out of big jobs and leave money on the table on smaller jobs.
