how much would someone charge for a 2 1/2 acre lot that is either lightly wooded (6-12 trees) or somewhat heavily wooded(12 on up)? that is the majority of what i will be dealing with. but also, what is a going rate for a 1/2 acre lot? tryin to decide if i do start if i should advertise in town or not and also, need to know what to charge
