So I've been trying to get this commercial client's lawn and snow removal for the last year. She tells me today that the only reason she's going to go with the idiot that plowed her snow this year because he's going to barter for her mower.
BTY, she said she had to call this bonehead to plow her snow, and 80% of the time, she couldnt get a hold of anyone.
She owns 2 locations (2.5 acres), about 9k per year for the two. She has been mowing her lawn the last couple of years with a John Deere Stand-On 54". Nice mower, only has 180 hours on it. I'm thinking about giving her a 3k credit for the year and taking the mower off of her hands and using it.
It should make me more money than 3k for the year, would you do it?
