  • For You Boys Who Don't Aerate & Seed...

i started this week and my gross was $4359. that would be five on tuesday and five today. that's about all i can handle each week. this was only my regulars although one was a new mowing and app deal who was across the street from a regular. right now i'm booked through september with regulars and didn't advertise as i have done in the past. i also have a new mowing deal set up for friday which is $47 weekly and the other guy is $43 weekly. IF YOU DON'T OFFER THIS, YOU SHOULD, depending on your zone you live in. FYI, i charge as a package which includes aeration, a four way blend of blue tag seed, and three ferts, so i still owe two more ferts.

    Now Steve-o.....

Do you expect a typical Lawn Mowron to know what blue tag seed is? :alien: Keep in mind most these folks don't even know the difference between a dicot and monocot, they've even be inclined to think a tricot exists.

here in hooterville i have trash can issues. trying to explain to some dumb azz customer why their grass or their weed is a dicot, monocot would be a waste of time. maybe the trash cans are tricots. :eek

        It just had to happen....

A (lawn mowron) member, whom I will not name, PMed me asking if you meant Blue BAG seed.

He went on to ask if my opinion on Canada Green seed....said he doesn't know if it comes in a blue bag, but he hears good stuff about it.

There is such a thing as a tricot. ..... Only a typical Lawn Mowron might say there is no such thing. But then, some Lawn Mowron's take five years to do what others do in four years or less.
