Bermuda Grass? Weed or lacking something?

I have some brown spots that looked like Bermudagrass or crab grass. I treated it with Bayer Bermudagrass control one month ago and the brown spots are still languishing, even growing with the grass height.

Can anyone identify this and if so, recommend a good solution to even out the green. Main grass is doing good with Scotts fertilizer.
