Forgive me if I ask to many technical questions, but in the ebook volume2 download; the Ground Maintenance Agreement; there is someting called a Catalog of Services that the customer should refer to to see a complete description of the services.
My question is do you guys used this, and if so on who and when?
I started to type one up because I thought it might be a good idea for the customer to always have access to what my services are. On the other would they really read it?
But then I thought it is good for me too. So I could remember what I will and won't do.
