  • Wet controller

I had to remount an outdoor controller that was laying on the ground, I assume it was there the majority of the winter (not sure). When I picked it up it had water pouring out of the controller box and I am not sure what got soaked. I had to dis-assemble the internal parts and mounted the controller box. I put everything back together but wanted to let everything dry out before I put electricity to it. I noticed that the GCFI plug had been tripped so I am hoping it broke the circuit before any damage was done. Do you think this controller will work or should I just plan on replacing it?

Nawww I let it dry out and plugged it back in. GFCI tripped before any damage was done (I assume). It has worked flawless since May this year.
