Problem with fescue blend sod, in my own yard.
Laid this sod about 4-5 weeks ago, it was doing great until about 2 weeks ago, when it started dying in spots. I did notice when we first layed it, moths flying around and in the grass, and I also notice now a white powdery substance underneath the dying grass. The sod has rooted, and I have kept it well watered, but it is under a massive tree, and does not get that much sun.
Since we are more in the Landscape/Hardscape part of the biz, this has stumped me. Fungus? Bugs?
Any ideas?
