688ft of wooden fence 6ft tall. pressure wash and treat.

deck 16x 12 PW and stain
porch 12x12 stain
stairs PW and stain.. maybe 10 stairs.

customer buys all materials

labor 1600.00???

will be using two PWers

I supply all chems and stains because I know what works best for me.
- fence would be around 3.5k for both sides
- porch would be around $250, price doesn't include rails if there are some
- stairs, how wide are the stairs?

all prices all just industry standards w/o taking into consideration of current wood condition.

$1600 is way too low even if it's just labor.
Have you ever done any type of wood resto before? I can guide you through it but I'm far from being the authority.

We don't mean any disrespect but it's the same here as it is on most professional forums. Whenever a homeowner asks a question they don't get too much response due to the homeowner knowing everything. Kinda like trying to explain to a homeowner why we charge what we do for pw'ing and our equipment and chems are not bought at HD or Lowe's, along with our results coming out much better,,, kinda like a,,, a professional.

once again Ron,, we don't mean any disrespect, it's just kinda just like beating a dead horse at times. I tell ya what you need to do and you say,,"well I can go and get this at store-X and do it for less with the same results for less". do ya understand our pain?
