    Oxygen Bleach

aka sodium percarbonate. You can mix in some TSP as well to help remove dirt and grime.

bleach is the only thing that I have found to work with little effort.
mix 2 parts water with 1 part bleach.
To keep from hurting the vegetation you can do one of two things,
    1. spray vegetation with plain water before and after applying any chemicals,or
    2. cover vegetation with a tarp or drop cloth beneath the area you are washing.

    hope that helps

    pressure washing

What chemicals can i use to pressure wash mildew off houses that won't harm vegetation? Thinking chlorine bleach would damage plants and grass and just plain water would take too long to make any money

    thanks
