I' am a retired landscaper who has been given a great opportunity to handle 100s of foreclosed properties for a Property Management group. Unfortunately the invoices go in at the end of the month and are paid for at the end of the following month this is something that i cant not afford as of now I do not have the capital(money) to invest in doing these properties. So I'am offering to sub contract out this job.
Job Description: The majority of the properties that are being done have not been occupied for a while so the grass is high on the first cut. These properties do not have to be done perfect, on a scale from 1-10 I would say a good 7 1/2 - 8 is sufficient. The properties do not require and I sugguest not to use use professional equipment with the exception of weed eatters. I have done 44 of these properties and the majority of them I did with a professional weed eatter and residential rider mower. The average time to do these properties is about 30mins, some take 10mins to do and some take 30mins. You will need a digital camera to take B4 and after pictures of all sides of the property and mailbox with address or address on house, and you will need a GPS to find the house they are generally in the same zip code. Without pictures there is no proof meaning you dont get paid for that lawn, period no exceptions. You will need to be able to handle 12-15 lawns/a day witch is not impossible. My contract with the Property Management group will be 24-30 lawns a day.
Pay Rate: $15/ house
Guaranteed 100 lawns/a month with 2 cuts a month.
