I've been thinking about faxing my flyer to Real Estate offices for new business. My friend has worked for realtors in the past and made good money cleaning up properties to cosmetically change the appearance for a quicker sale or more money.

My question, would faxing my flyer be considered spam? Is it legal to fax without permission from the recipent.

No it is spam illegal to fax anything not asked for here in north carolina best bet is to visit and talk personally to the realtors. Make sure to carry insurance papers and workers comp with you

Get all the real estate magazines for your area that you can find. Go through and make a huge email distribution list with all their email addresses. Type up a nice professional letter introducing your company and send it to all of them. After that send an email every month or two months with specials.

That's a good idea! That is still considered spam,,,,,,isn't?

Real Estate can be a very important connection ... don't fax ... go in person ... consider that they work with land developers ...
