Need Some Info.

I was thinking about putting some bids out for some commercial accounts, but I dont think that I have the right paper work for those kind of jobs. What I mean when I say paper work is what are the requirements that a commercial account would need. (insureance, tax number, etc.....) I want to be on the up and up when it comes down to what I do. I dont want to be one of those guys that will cut your yard for $20.00 and you will never see me again. So if anyone would have any info I would really thank them.
