Im writing our employee manual right now, any input on what should be in it.

Has anyone made a manual that they could use to make the service a franchise. Like you have it so hamered out that you could use it to duplicate it in another market?

As a former HR (Human Resources) rep, I would highly recommend you have an Employment Law attorney review your handbook before being distributed to your employees. There are so many employment lawsuits these days a company provided Employees Handbook would be an easy target for anyone wanting to sue your company. I worked for many months trying to write a handbook titled "You and Your Job" for a major company only to have it die on the vine due to our Legal departments concerns.
