  • Here are some biz slogan ideas

    --------------------------------------------------------------------------------

I just thought I would share some of the slogans for LCOs I see in the yellow pages in my area. Maybe someone can use one of these if you are not in the Twin Cities area of Minnesota. If anyone sees any different slogan ideas please post them for all to see. I am not saying these are the best ideas just the ones in my area.

    We provide "distinction"
Let us help create the yard of your dreams.
High quality work without the high prices.
Get the healthy lawn nature intended.(organic company)
    Reliable service with quality results.
For a healthy weed-free lawn & the time to enjoy it.
    Lawns treated by company owners.
Lawns are our specialty, not a sideline.
We give you the "home turf" advantage.
Work of exceptional quality since 19__(insert year)
We are a locally owned and operated company.
    Creating unique environments.
Your full service lawn care company.
    Your landscape specialist.
    Built on service
    For a worry-free lawn
Personalized service of a small company with the experience of a big company
Where Quality and value mean something
    We'll make your lawn beautiful
Year-round care for your lawn and landscape
Let us do your dirty work!
No job too big or small, we do it all!
    Quality affordable lawn care
    Our name says it all
Educated, experienced and excited about what we do
Making yards beautiful one at a time

    Here are my own offerings:
I am undecided yet about the name of my co. If I go with Watkins Lawn Service-my slogan is "Quality service at an affordable price"
If I go with Beautiful Prairie Lawn Service- my slogan is "Keeping our prairie beautiful, one lawn at a time"

Any input on these would be most helpfull.

I hate to say it but I think every "line" on that list lacks in originality and from a marketing standpoint ... stinks! ... ... sounds like a lot of baloney ...

That me be, but there are some LCOs making a lot of money using this boloney.

Do you have any better suggestions? I have only heard you suggest things like "satisfaction guaranteed" or Wal-marts slogan(something about low prices) Not very original either.

The list has the same exact words as does 10,000 other LCOs out there ... better to say nothing than to use the "crowds" slogans ... IMHO ..

Yes ... I have created lots of slogans ... but mostly for private use ... why post them here? ... by tomorrow am 10,000 will be using them and they'll be useless as are many on the list ... if you looked in phone books in Miami, LA ... Memphis ... Denver you'd see the exact same "junk slogans" ...

i gave up on a slogan because most of em' have been used over n over. just went with a simple, yet recognizable logo. kinda like apple computers, "the artist" (formerly Prince?) & dozens of other "big name" companies (& people?) do. once i dig my heels in i wont even need a name on my trucks. they can just catch glimpse of my logo & know who it is.

"It's not just about cutting grass, it's about nurturing a lush green lawn."

This is my slogan for Burroughs Lawn Service.

I dont believe in having a long slogan.....ive been thinking about mine being, "Personal service, professional results." Yes, it isnt eye catching, but it says volumes about my business and work ethic.
