Flyer Response Rate

i noticed when you all talk about flyers you usually mention a 2% response rate. is that the average? so if i had 5000 flyers, my rsponse rate would be about 100? thanks.

well it not for certain, but you say that you pass out 5000. 100 people call but you only get 40 accounts. still not bad, but i wouldnt expect to get a great return.

it varies on what your flier has on it and how people precieve it. Sometimes the rate can be as low as .25, but the highest I have seen it was at 2%. its not really an exact science.

I've had worse than .25% before and the best I have done is 2.2%. If there is anyone who has had 4% or better I would like to see the layout of the flyer. Anybody out there a marketing genius?
