  • ? on bid

Im figuring a bid for a residence. They want there beds cleaned out, lawn cleared of leaves and 3 yrds of mulch put down. Went and looked at the yard today and found moderate clean up in beds needed and lawn looks pretty clear of leaves, branches ect. except for a few areas where leaves have collected against the structures. Mulch will be added with no edging needed. Im figuring about 3 hrs total clean up time if that.

Im coming up with a price of 450.00 including laying 3 yards of mulch. What did you guys come up with. My overhead is relatively low so please dont think Im trying to lowball here if my price is not close to yours. Just was curious as to how close I came to you guys.

here in my area , 3 hrs cleanup, anywhere from $105 to $165. the mulch anywhere from $40 / yd. to $65 / yd. if you have to take the stuff to the dump that would be extra.

About the same as delasgh here in Ga. Mulch 35. to 50. per. yard. Just make sure if you're one picking up the mulch and delivering it you've included the trip time. and trip time to the dump. But with low over head and just you doing the job sounds about right for cust. I service. And I've always found that if the quality of the job exceeds the cust. expectations for what they paid, theres always more things the cust. will find for you to do to make add on sales, which will increas your over all profit since you're already at that location. GOOD LUCK....
