  • Background check for employees

    We may have to hire on some new help this summer. I was woundering what would be aceptible in their past, if they do have issues? I already know "NO THIEVES!" I even have a little history from my younger and WILDER days, and I,m finding (other then L S co.owners) alot of workers do have "INTRESTING" backgrounds.

    I really do appreciate all the info. and expierence everyone is willing to give.

      just send me their info with $50 and i'll let you know if you should hire or not.....that's a side job for me...

        You need to do some home work. There are some questions you can not ask. They need to sign a statement telling them you "may" do back ground checks. If you do this for one person then you have to do it for every one. You don't have to actually do the back ground check. Most of the time if there is some thing there they will not make the 2nd interview. There are companys that do this but there are a lot of things you can do your self. If you don't remember any thing just remember this," It is human nature to lie". Sorry but as humans, that is the best we can do. Just because we don't say the words, doesn't mean it's not a lie. Leaving out the truth is a lie. Every one has something we don't want you to know about. The bad guys are stupid, but the stupidest part is, they think you are more stupid than they are. If they think you are stupid they will run to your door like flies to crap.
