bid

[mcdonnell all season]

what do you guys think of this bid, 152,311 sq. ft. approx 3.5 acres. I figure it will take 3.5 hrs to mow, blow and trim. my bid will be at $840.00 a month.
this will be with 2 guys and it is a comercial property...thanks for any response.

$30 an hour sounds kind of cheap, unless you are doing this just to do some other work for the account. ie. snow removal, scaping something you can make more money on.

To me sounds like a long time to mow trim and blow for 2 guys, unless there is alot of trim work to do.

Sorry, that is what I would bill, it will only take just over 1.5 hrs to complete with 2 guys...

Still sounds a bit cheap, but depends on what your area will support
