Sorry Guys but Another Flyer Question

Ive Seemed to have good luck with my fliers that say Spring Special $25 that ive been distributing in neighborhoods where i would charge $30 is there anthing else that i could put on there that would really increase their attention. Ive picked up 7 yards but i want about 25 to 30 more to meet my goals for the next month

I put FREE grass cuting on mine. Something like every five mows and the sixth is free. I have had a good response rate from this flier. Consumers like the word free. or try first and last cut of the season is free.

Last year, my first year...I charged 25 for the first cut, and learned my biggest lesson, yet. I was busting my butt for a measly 25 dollars. I never give a price anymore without SOME idea of what the yard is like. Some of the yards were really messed up, and it took several hours to do, plus some of them had dead bermuda. Nightmare! I realized that the people who call for the cheapest mow in town, usually have the worst lawns in town. I don't have any of those clients anymore. Don't go low on prices just to get clients, they will come if your work is good.

Well guys i know the general size of the yards they are neighborhoods where 98% are the same lot size. And im only charging 5 bucks less then i normally would but the thing is i have picked up so far just from 100 flyers 3 yards within less then 3 streets from each other and they are some of the nicest yards in the neighborhood... therefor im saving windshield time and gas to go to them. I also put on my flyers Most yards in this neighborhood 25 dollars. Since i include the word most if i do have a yard or 2 that are totally a pain in the rear i will charge them more or not do it. Yes I could charge more for them but considering i am getting back into this without any accounts i would rather have 40 accounts at 25 bucks then 15 at 30.
