    Happy (almost) Easter!

Just wanted any suggestions on what you put on the bottom of your proposals as a disclaimer.

Meaning you don't pay....I burn your house down.. LOL !

No really what works best? Any one have one on theirs they'd like to share?

    Thanks
    PAT

PAYMENTS & DISPURSEMENTS: Unless stated otherwise, Client will be billed on the first day of each month for the previous month’s service. Payment is due upon receipt. Payments received after the 15th of the month may be charged a $5 late fee. If payment is not received by the last day of the month, service will be suspended until payment is received. Once the amount is paid in full, work will then continue. Any extra cost required to bring the property back to workable condition shall be billed to the customer at $50 per man-hour. A service charge of $25 will be charged for any returned check. Should it become necessary to bring legal action to collect amounts due under this agreement, Client agrees to pay all costs of such collection including reasonable attorney’s fees and court costs.

You might want to spell DISBURSMENTS correctly though...

P.S. I can't really take 100% credit for that since someone else on the Lawn Service forum gave that to me the majority of that wordage last year....

My wife would call it a DIS -pursement though!

                Good eye!

I did use parts of it and I did spell it right, I had to check though!

Everytime I have a question my wife say's go ask the "guys" that means you all! Your very helpful and I appreciate it.
