Another Employee Question

Well i read the post about workmans comp. What do you do if you just get a day worker or whoever to help on a part time basis basically CONTRACT LABOR. If they are contract labor do you still have to have workmans comp
and if so where can i get info for that. Thanks guys

Workmans Comp is optional in Texas.

the labor provider should cover the workmans comp for the laborers, after all they are not your employees
