I recently aquired 10 customers from my uncle who also owns a LCO in town because he is cutting back due to health reasons. I wanted to send a letter to each of them introducing myself and my company any ideas as to what I should include thanks guys.

to all returning customers included thanking them for business, current services, a few discounts, numbers to call if they want to cancel (not if they want to go). -
I would have him send out a letter stating that Due to unforseen circumstances I have had to sell my company. My cousin ahlgren worked with me in the past and understands the needs of your property. He has decided to take over my company and keep it in the family. He will continue to service my accounts so that you do not see a disruption in the service that you have always enjoyed. Phil is correct. I would call them and set up a time to meet and discuss their property neds it is personal, just like our business. this also allows ou to discover wether or notyou want to do the job or not. it also allows you to sell the rest of your wears. have a great season. shoalComment
